Earlier this year the IT as a Utility Network offered an opportunity for Dorothy Byatt, Librarian at the University of Southampton, to be embedded in an academic research team for two months to support and contribute to their work. At the same time Professor David Martin at NCRM was looking for help with a review of the Social Science Research Methods Typology and its use on the NCRM website and in their databases, as part of the launch of the new Centre in October 2014.
Dorothy has written a blog post about her experience of working as part of the team at NCRM.
