A new series of NCRM papers provides bitesize lessons on teaching research methods and delivering training.
The guides are condensed versions of longer papers, enabling busy people to get the key ideas, with useful references to follow up.
The first papers in this series are drawn from the recent NCRM systematic review, Lessons for teaching social science research methods in higher education: Synthesis of the literature 2014-2020.
Written by Professor Melanie Nine, a Deputy Director at NCRM, they cover active learning, experiential learning and learning from learners.
Further papers will summarise elements of the Handbook of Teaching and Learning Social Research Methods.
