Description:

This short course is aimed at postgraduate and academic researchers interested in conducting Participatory Action Research (PAR) with a community partner. The workshop will provide opportunities for ‘shared conversations’ on issues involved in planning and conducting a PAR and consideration of: (I) the history of PAR, (II) participatory processes with PAR, (III) stages in planning a PAR approach (IV) use of participatory methods.
